Customer review Eneco ...

"TandemDrive is our external knowledge resource."

Eneco eMobility has been a customer of TandemDrive from the beginning. According to Wim Sangers, product manager MSP at Eneco eMobility, there has been a good match between the two companies from the start.
  • Wim Sangers is 30 years old and has been working for Eneco eMobility as a product manager MSP for 4 years. He is responsible for charging passes and charging pass proposals, and related matters.

‘A few years ago, the decision was made to switch to a different platform. We were already a customer of Dreamsolution, the parent company of TandemDrive, and were satisfied with the quality of their products. So, when TandemDrive started pricing charging transactions, we jumped on it right away.

One thing that is particularly useful is that the platform automatically converts foreign currency. Whether charging in Switzerland or the UK, the francs and pounds are immediately converted to euros at the correct exchange rate. This is important for us because we can easily and accurately charge our customers the correct price. Some charge points also charge a blocking rate, these are also easily passed on to the customer.

The TandemDrive platform gives us the tools to attach a price to a charging session. For example, we receive various Charge Detail Records from Charge Point Operators. Then we have complete freedom in how we price and pass on these CDRs to our end customer.

These and other features help us a lot. The way of working with TandemDrive is also very efficient. TandemDrive is very quick to solve problems and answer questions. They really move with us. Always willing to think along and, if necessary, be stubborn to get the product we are looking for. The platform is also continuously being developed, with new features added every month. Features that we had not even thought about.

TandemDrive has a lot of knowledge of the market, they are really our sparring partner. Sometimes we discuss within our company what steps we want to take and then we involve TandemDrive as an external knowledge resource. Such a collaboration is quite unique.’
